Enjoy the art of our chefs and savor the best nature has to offer. A feast for the eyes. Intoxicating aroma. Taste the good times.

 

Sashimi, served in a crystal ball of ice. Spicy seafood stew in personal nabe(pot). Grilled seafood, Magnolia leaf flavor.
When you break the crystal ball with a small mallet, you will find variety of Sashimi in season. Enjoy the chilled fresh seafood brought to us by Hokkawa fishermen.
Fresh lobster and seafood are cooked in a small earthenware pot at your table. The tasty soup is seasoned with hot spices and well matched with the seafood flavor .
Magnolia leaves, known for their unique aroma, have always been used in traditional cooking. Homemade MISO (soybean paste) and seafood are cooked on a dried leaf with a portable clay stove. The savory smell will enhance your appetite.





We generally serve Japanese style breakfast for our guests but western style breakfast may also be arranged. Please inform us in advance of any special dietary requests.
